At time of signups and through Tree of Life Clue 3, detectives will have the option to purchase backing for their quilts. They will have their choice of 2-3 color options. Sometimes they will be from their designer fabrics on their quilt, sometimes they will be coordinating basics from the same manufacturer. But all will look lovely on the back of their finished quilts.
As always, we will offer backing with extra fabrics that remain at the end of the program, usually about Month 7-8. To signup to be the first notified of those lovely fabrics, please head to the waitlist sheet here.
All backing will ship with Clue #10 at the end of the mystery program (regardless if you prepaid or paid monthly) and all backing will be 42-44" standard width of fabric.
Yardage for backing kits are as follows:
Small Quilt - 3.5 yards
Small Quilt with Borders - 4.5 yards
Large Quilt - 5 yards
Large Quilt with Borders - 8 yards
