Our commitment to DE&I builds on the Cotton Cuts mission statement which provides us with a framework for diversity, fairness, and inclusion within our company. Our many successes are due, in no small part, to the climate we instill which respects equal access and participation of all groups and individuals, regardless of their culture, race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, language, abilities/disabilities, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or geographic origin.
