Hidden Wells Strip Set Quilt Kit
What makes this kit fun is that no two quilts have to look the same. How you arrange your strips and how many blocks you cut from each strip set change the final look. You can make 6 blocks and finish with a piano key border built from the leftover strips. The kit is designed to give you options, so you can play with layouts before you commit.
This is our first strip set kit, and it’s a great introduction to the technique. Strip piecing is fast and satisfying, and once it clicks, you’ll wonder why you ever cut pieces one at a time.
What’s in the kit:
- Hidden Wells pattern
- 12 precut 2½" x WOF strips (4 each of 3 large-scale feature prints)
- 16 precut 1½" x WOF strips (4 each of 4 coordinating prints)
- Binding fabric
Finished size: 34" x 39" wall hanging. Two kits would give you a finished quilt 52" x 44" minimum. Depending on your layout, you could end up with a larger quilt.
