Welcome to the NEW Design Derby giveaway for the Cotton Cuts Puzzle Mystery! Here, we will be hosting a monthly check in for the giveaway.

 

To enter, follow these easy steps:

 

1.) Take a photo of your derby entry (2 challenges per month).

 

2.) Fill out the form below in order to tell us what you drew each month.

 

4.) Upload your Flat Nancy photo to the end of the form.

 

Be sure to fill out the form and upload your photo by 11:59 PM on the dates listed below to be entered in that month's giveaway.
