Ellie Perez is a Quilt Pattern Designer and the owner of Mojave Farms Quilting Co. Ellie
first learned to quilt as a young child from her grandmother who was a quilter, sewist,
and crafter extraordinaire. Creativity runs throughout her family, boasting quilters,
woodworkers, and professional painters. Ellie has always used creativity as a self-care
strategy, and wanted to share her knowledge and love of quilting with others so she
launched her quilting and fabric website where you can find her Mojave Farms Quilt Co. patterns.
Most recently, Mojave Farms launched a Quilting for Beginners, 6 week,
online course that Ellie teaches!She enjoys quilting because of the sense of community
and loves to share herself and her projects on social media as "Ellie the Quilter."
Ellie lives with her family in the Southern California area where she was born and raised.
