+ What comes in my Chroma Membership package each month?

We believe in building a high quality stash of inspirational thread. Each month, you will receive spools of high quality Aurifil 50wt thread, color coordinated to that month's theme. Additionally, you will receive your choice of an online pattern download. You will also receive our collectible coloring cards. Collect them all!

+ What brands of thread do you include?

We are currently shipping high quality threads from Aurifil. Have a favorite thread you'd like to see in the future? Feel free to contact us.

+ Can I suggest cool threads?

Of course! We'd love to hear about them! For thread you would like to see in a future membership, contact us.

+ How can I give feedback?

As a startup business, we always encourage feedback from our customers. Constructive feedback or tips to improve our service are strongly encouraged. If we have missed the mark or you just want to tell us how awesome we are, feel free to contact us.


Shipping / How it Works

+ What is the deadline to buy a Chroma Membership?

In order to receive a delivery for a given month, you will need to have purchased a membership by the 5th. If you happen to miss the deadline for this month, your membership will start on the following month.

+ When do I get billed for my Chroma Membership?

You will be billed for your first packet immediately when you sign up and will be rebilled on the 20th of every subsequent month. After the 5th of the month, we will not be able to cancel that month’s delivery.

+ When can I expect my Chroma to arrive?

It takes about 1-3 business days for your first package to arrive in the United States.

+ How much is shipping and where do you deliver?

Shipping rates are calculated through the US Postal Service Priority Mail Service, which delivers to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), territories and APO addresses. Shipping internationally is $7.95 to Canada and $9.95 to the rest of the world. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International and take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.

+ Can I shop at Cotton Cuts, even if I don't participate in Chroma?

Absolutely! Our shop will carry fabric and patterns. We will have limited inventory of many of these items, so please check back early and often!

+ I moved or am planning to move. Can I easily change my shipping address?

Simply login to your Cotton Cuts account and change your address from the account page. You may also contact us and our team will assist you in your request.


Billing

+ What forms of payment can I use?

We use Stripe and PayPal for our payment processing and securely accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders or cash for membership.

+ How do I update my credit card information? Does Cotton Cuts maintain that information?

Simply login to your Cotton Cuts account. You can update your payment information in the "Credit Card" box at the bottom of the page. This information is not retained with Cotton Cuts. Our certified payment processor, Stripe and PayPal, handle all credit card processing.

+ Do I get a discount for prepaying for all months upfront?

Of course! Check out our membership page to view all of our convenient 3 month, 6 month and 12 month memberships, customized to meet your needs! If you are on a current month to month plan and would like to switch to a prepay bundle, please contact us to assist with the process.

+ How do I cancel my membership?

Simply login to your Cotton Cuts account and cancel your membership from the member profile page. All cancellations are effective immediately; though keep in mind we might still owe you a package from a previous charge, depending on where you are in the monthly cycle. Additionally, if you have prepaid for all months, we will continue to deliver on the packages purchased. Unfortunately, after midnight on the 5th of the month, we are unable to cancel that month's shipment.

+ Are there any penalties for cancelling my membership?

After cancelling, we will not charge you for any subsequent months, but you will receive a final Cotton Cuts package if you already paid for the month. There are no penalties for cancelling your membership!


Gifts

+ How do gift PMQ’s work?

If you would like to give the gift of a Cotton Cuts Chroma membership, simply click on the Gift link in the header. You will be directed to our gift membership page. Select the number of months you would like to have Cotton Cuts delivered to your lucky quilter. Add the membership to your cart and at the checkout, add the recipient's mailing address and your contact information, including e-mail.


Customer Service and Returns

+ How do I report an issue with my order?

Simply contact us and we will help you resolve your issue. We guarantee a response within 1 business day!

+ Can I refund my order?

At this time we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged, at which point we will issue full replacements at no cost to you. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods, so that we can relay that back to our fulfillment specialists.
